The Deputy Governor of Borno State, Zannah Umar Mustapha, has died in Yola, the Adamawa State capital.
Confirming the death. Malam Adamu Dodo, the Public Relations Officer of Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yola,) on Saturday, said his remain was now in the hospital mortuary.
It was learnt the deputy governor was in Yola to attend the joint convocation ceremony of the Moddibo Adama University of Technology, Yola.
He was believed to have died of heart failure in the hotel he was lodged along barracks road in Yola.
